Pricing

All prices listed on this site are in Australian dollars.

Refund/Returns policy

If you have received an item from us that does not meet your expectations for whatever reason, we are happy to provide a refund or exchange up to 30 days from the date of purchase. Goods must be in original condition, with all labels attached and in original packaging where applicable. Contact us as soon as possible to inform us of your intention to return the product via our contact page. You will be responsible for the cost of postage back to us.

The simple part of this is if you ever have any concerns or questions about any products you have received from us just contact us, we want to know about it, and we want to make that process simple and stress free.

Warranty

All of the other branded items we sell are covered by the manufacturers warranty of that item and we will
assist you without fuss if there is an issue.

Delivery instructions

All orders, apart from made to order items, are processed within 1-3 business days and posted via Australia Post from Tasmania, Australia. Delivery within Australia normally takes 2-10 business days depending on the delivery address. International postage is via Australia Post and delivery time can take up to 21 days.
