All prices listed on this site are in Australian dollars.
If you have received an item from us that does not meet your
expectations for whatever reason, e.g. wrong size, just don't like it
etc, we are happy to provide a refund or exchange up
to 30 days from the date of purchase. We can't offer exchanges on products on sale
but we are happy to provide a refund so just contact us. Goods must be in original
condition, with all labels attached and in original packaging where applicable. The
product can not have been used outside nor have been washed. It is best to check the item fully before using it outside. Contact
us as soon as possible to inform us of your intention to return the
product by phone or email (Sarah@tiergear.com.au). You will be
responsible for the cost of postage back to us.
The simple part of this is if you ever have any concerns or questions about any products you have received from us just contact us, we want to know about it, and we want to make that process simple and stress free.
Should the product be faulty or defective on arrival we will offer you,
full replacement or full refund including postage (applies to sales item
products as well).
All products made by us are covered by a lifetime
warranty against manufacturing defects and faults. If you find a defect
or fault in any of the Tier Gear brand products that impacts on the
usability of the item then contact us immediately. We will discuss the
issue with you try to find the best possible outcome and this will
include the offer to repair, replace or provide a refund for any such
items where a defect or fault is identified.We make lightweight gear
to last so that you can enjoy the outdoors without worry. We have high
expectations of our products and our service so if there are problems we
want to know about it.
All of the other branded items we sell are covered by the manufacturers warranty of that item and we will assist you without fuss if there is an issue. We only stock the best gear so we have confidence in it and expect it to function as expected.

All orders, apart from made to order items, are processed within 1-2 business days and posted via Australia Post from Tasmania, Australia. Made to order items may take from 7-60 days depending on our current lead times.
Delivery within Australia normally takes 2-10 business days depending on the delivery address.
International postage is via Australia Post and delivery time can take up to 21 days.
Information Collection, Use, and Sharing
We are the sole owners of the information collected on this site. We only have access to/collect information that you voluntarily give us via email or other direct contact from you. We will not sell or rent this information to anyone.
We will use your information to respond to you, regarding the reason you contacted us. We will not share your information with any third party outside of our organization, other than as necessary to fulfill your request, e.g. to ship an order.
