If you ever have any concerns or questions about any products you have received from us just contact us.
All products made by us are covered by a lifetime warranty against manufacturing defects and faults. If you find a defect or fault in any of the Tier Gear brand products that impacts on the usability of the item then contact us immediately. We will discuss with you the best possible outcome and this will include the offer to repair, replace or provide a refund for any such items.
We make lightweight gear to last so that you can enjoy the outdoors without worry. We have high expectations of our products and our service so if there are problems we want to know about it.
All of the other branded items we sell are covered by the manufacturers warranty of that item and we will assist you without fuss if there is an issue. We only stock the best gear so we have confidence in that as well.
If you have received an item from us that does not meet your expectations for whatever reason, e.g. wrong size etc, we are happy to provide a refund up to 30 days from the date of purchase.
Goods should be in original condition, with all labels attached and in original packaging where applicable. The product can not have been used outside nor have been washed.
Contact us as soon as possible to inform us of your intention to return the product by phone or email (Sarah@tiergear.com.au). Once we have received your returned item and the above conditions have been met we will inform you of such and arrange a speedy refund. You will be responsible for the cost of postage back to us.
