warranty and returns

The simple part of this is if you ever have any concerns or questions about any products you have received from us just contact us, we want to know about it, and we want to make that process simple and stress free.

WARRANTY:
All products made by us are covered by a lifetime warranty against manufacturing defects and faults. If you find a defect or fault in any of the Tier Gear brand products that impacts on the usability of the item then contact us immediately. We will discuss the issue with you try to find the best possible outcome and this will include the offer to repair, replace or provide a refund for any such items where a defect or fault is identified.
We make lightweight gear to last so that you can enjoy the outdoors without worry. We have high expectations of our products and our service so if there are problems we want to know about it.

All of the other branded items we sell are covered by the manufacturers warranty of that item and we will assist you without fuss if there is an issue. We only stock the best gear so we have confidence in that as well.

Should the product be faulty or defective on arrival we will offer you, full replacement or full refund including postage (applies to sales item products as well).


RETURNS:
If you have received an item from us that does not meet your expectations for whatever reason, e.g. wrong size, just don't like it etc, we are happy to provide a refund or exchange up to 30 days from the date of purchase. We can't exchange products on sale but we are happy to provide a refund so just contact us.
Goods must be in original condition, with all labels attached and in original packaging where applicable. The product can not have been used outside nor have been washed. It is best to check the item fully before using it outside.
Contact us as soon as possible to inform us of your intention to return the product by phone or email (Sarah@tiergear.com.au). You will be responsible for the cost of postage back to us.
