Verified purchase12 October 2023Colours look great (purple & blue), did a good job keeping us warm, nice and lightweight & packs down really small in a compression sack which is great. Though a queen size might be too big for a small 2P tent but it worked well especially being so lightweight, because we could tuck the corners under us.

Verified purchaseBeverly Hills, NSW25 July 2022Finally had a chance to give the quilt a good run out in Wilsons Promontory (temps around 8°C) so finally can leave a review.
The Good
1) Craft product. The quality and attention to detail is evident straight away. Perfect stitch work throughout
2) Light weight
3) Warm
4) Tier Gear Customer service is legendary
The Bad
5) Price. Not the cheapest. See point 1
6) Lead time. Long wait. Again see point 1
7) Slightly slippy due to the fabric on the outer.
I ordered a -16°C and -4°C (limit) quilt with a view of lightening the load when hiking. The quilt is a good size to go over 3 people in the tent and has also been used as a duvet at home.
Simon has been fantastic throughout the ordering process swiftly answering a number of questions and adding some loops on the bags to assist when hanging and position when in use.
The quilt does an excellent job and it is easy to manage thermal dynamics by adjusting clothing layers. Works well with 3 people with radically different tolerances to cold!
Overall an extremely well made light weight quilt with the emphasis on quality. Each is a work of art.
Thanks to all at Tier!

Verified purchaseCentral Coast NSW20 October 2021Excellent and ethical craftsmanship. Quality materials and a timeless design. What a beauty.
I was looking for a lightweight quilt to see daily use and also when mobile in the camper. Something that didn't smother or slide and yet would manage the thermal dynamics of a hot/cold couple. The Boodie is the goodie. Exquisite stitching and construction will see this blanket providing its lovely warmth endlessly for any horizontal activity.
My partner and I are very happy with the blankets exceptional overall performance. Especially for an ethically guided product. A few Tier gear products in the chest now. Smile inducing kit. Highly recommended.

SE Queensland29 November 2020We bought the blanket to use in our camper trailer. The size is perfect. We were really warm. A bit too warm when we used it in the spring. It packs up very small compared to a normal blanket or doona.
The only negative is that the spring in the toggle on the stuff sack isn’t strong enough to keep the sack closed.
